Conference 1: Spatial Wave did not show up to conference. Questions discussed with Deputy:

What are the contents of Spatial Wave’s 90‐day review of IT Administrator?
Why were only 2 of 10 questions on Administrator self‐review discussed before the meeting ended and you escorted him off the premises revoking his office keys?
Why did Spatial Wave list “voluntarily resignation” for separation of employment when they were still in the 90 day period and justified to terminate for any reason?
According to Masoud and his testimony, “…..Spatial Wave was happy with Administrator…”, and “…Administrator was happy working for Spatial Wave…..” Then why is Administrator no longer employed with Spatial Wave? Administrator clearly communicated he did not resign.
Why did you list Masoud as Administrator's direct supervisor when it was clearly Ali Diba?

July 15 2019:

Deputy emails Administrator stating that this case isn’t under DLSE jurisdiction. Then nothing

September 30, 2019:

Requested case escalation and Senior Deputy added to case

November 6, 2019:

Conference 2: Spatial Wave showed up but could not answer Deputy's questions on why Spatial Wave listed Administrator quit when all the evidence shows that he was “Terminated”.

11/07/2019 thru 11/18/2019:

Received notification that Deputy is on Medical Leave

Deputy II added to case to replace original "investigator"

February 29, 2020:

Requested case escalation for the second time and requested to speak with management about the investigative process so far. Nothing, No Response or Contact.

March 3, 2020

Conference 3. Deputies was pushing Administrator to settle. Administrator felt bully’ed, Deputies alluded to Administrator just complaining to their boss that he was pushed into settling.

Administrator did not settle and immediately ended the meeting. Complete re-submission of Supporting Documentation for Deputy II to review, again.

I was terminated from my job for attempting to report that very issue. I am not going to discuss the “final audit regarding Microsoft software” with you, that is out of bounds and completely inappropriate. That issue is between Spatial Wave and Microsoft.

What I will discuss with you are the events that situation caused, like me getting terminated, for attempting to report and discuss to the owners of the company."
